Our evaluation quickly became an obsession. The only thing we feel is missing on the dashboard is a calendar app. Other than that, true perfection. Contacts, Opportunities, and Tasks are a snap. Everything is logically laid out and easy to use. Intuitive software is great when it is coded properly by someone who gets it. By this we mean, it is one thing to be able to write code and make things look pretty, but it is another thing to do that and actually have the user in mind. Knowing what is needed and when it is needed is key to integrating into workflow.
Our absolute favorite feature is the app synching feature. We use the Insightly app on an ipad and desktop. They synch upon startup. Perfection!
Track emails with clients, set tasks on the fly, set projects, responsibilities, and so on. The choices are endless. This is the app we would write, if we knew how.
